The Bishop of Kotor, Marin Drago, visited the church of Our Lady in 1689, and found it to be extremely well-decorated. It contains three marble altars. Two smaller baroque altars made from multi-colored marble, positioned in front of the entrance into the apse, bear the coat of arms belonging to the Perast noble family Smeća, which donated them during the middle of the 18th century. The one on the left was dedicated to Immaculate Conception. It was mentioned by Bishop Stjepan dell'Oglio of Kotor during his canonical visit. The old painting was made by Josip Rossi in 1886, and the new one, "Sacred Conversations", by Vojo Stanić.
The painting shows saints and blessed persons from Boka Kotorska: St. Leopold Bogdan Mandić, blessed Ozana Kotorska, blessed Gracija, and God's servant, Ana Marija Marović. The painting was donated by the Grillo family from Trieste in 1987. The present altar of St. Roko, situated on the right side of the nave, was mentioned in 1689 under the name of St. Anthony. The altar bears the painting of St. Roko, the work of Francesco Fontebass. It was acquired in 1765.
